In order to make a purchase, you need a user account for the online store, which only needs to be registered once. When shopping, select the desired products in the shopping cart, taking into account the correct expiration date for the product. After that, a user profile with a user’s photo is selected or created for each product. In the KeyCard section, you should choose either the purchase of a new KeyCard or the use of your existing KeyCard.
In order to load the ski pass to an existing KeyCard, the KeyCard number is required. The number is a long series of numbers printed on the back of the card (e.g. 01-1614 7200 2500 3445 8000-01). If you don't have your own KeyCard, you can buy it in the online store when buying a lift ticket. The purchased KeyCard and the lift ticket loaded on it are picked up from the ticket machines. You can check the locations of ticket machines here.
NOTE! KeyCard numbers starting with 25- and 29- have expired and are no longer in use at Levi Ski Resort. If the KeyCard has expired, a new one must be purchased.
You can purchase 1-6 day ski passes from the online store as 100% digital tickets, directly to your smartphone, allowing you access to all lifts without taking your phone out of your pocket.
Here's how to proceed:
1. Ensure that you have downloaded the Key2Ski app to your phone before making a purchase.
2. Purchase your ticket from the online store under the MOBILE PHONE - SKI PASSES section.
3. After the purchase, you will receive a QR code. Use the QR code to load the ticket into your app.
Note! Only one mobile ticket can be active on a phone at a time.

KeyCard is a plastic smart card with a chip, which is needed when going through the lift gates. The skipass is always uploaded to the KeyCard. If you make purchases from our online store but don’t yet have a KeyCard, the store will suggest adding one to your order before the payment step.
KeyCard does not include a deposit, but it can be recharged and accepted at all ski resorts using SkiData, so we recommend to save the card and use it multiple times.
You do not need an existing KeyCard to buy online. If you do not have a KeyCard, you can buy it online and pick it up from the ticket machines located around Levi or at Levi ski pass offices when you go skiing.
To load a ski pass onto an existing KeyCard, you will need the KeyCard number. This number is a long series of digits printed on the back of the card (e.g., 01-1614 7200 2500 3445 8000-01).

You can buy ski passes for the whole party at the same time. With your own user account, you can conveniently manage the ski passes of several different people. Names, pictures and KeyCard number series remain stored in the user account.
NOTE! Please note that you can only purchase one ticket per KeyCard at a time.
Children under 6 years ski free when accompanied with an adult. Otherwise, the age limit for children is 11 years.
Persons over 65 years of old may use a senior ski pass (same cheaper price as for children).
You will receive a receipt and confirmation sent to the email address you used in your purchase. Receipts are also saved in your online store profile under Order History.

The KeyCard must be in the left pocket of the jacket or trousers. At the lift gates, the lift ticket readers are located on the left side of the gate.
Make sure that there is no smartphone or other cards in the same pocket that could interfere with the operation of the KeyCard. The KeyCard should not be folded or broken to avoid damaging its chip.
After registering as a Levi Black loyalty customer in the Levi Resort app, you can collect points for your purchases from the Levi Ski Resort web store, equipment rental shops, and selected Levi Ski Resort stores (does not alcohol).
A purchase of one euro is equivalent to one Levi Black point. With loyalty points, you can redeem the benefits that appear in your app.

Points are automatically added to your account when you login to the online shop with the same email address you used to register as a loyalty customer in the Levi Resort app.
Please note that you must register as a loyalty customer before making purchases in the online shop. Points will not be given afterwards.
You can now use your Levi Black points for ski pass purchases. You can pay for ski passes in the online store using Levi Black points by logging into the online store with the same email address you used to sign up for the loyalty program. The value of your available Levi Black points will be shown in your Wallet within the online store.
Note: If you also have a gift card in your Wallet, the online store will automatically use the balance that is about to expire first.
The lift ticket can be downloaded to a KeyCard with serial numbers starting with 01 or 30, enter the serial number carefully. If the webstore does not accept the serial number you entered, you can buy a new KeyCard from our webstore or from our ski pass office.
NOTE! KeyCards starting with 25 and 29 have expired and are no longer in use at Levi Ski Resort, if you have an expired KeyCard, you must buy a new KeyCard. Some ski passes can also be loaded onto the Key2Ski app – make sure your phone is fully charged. If needed, the mobile pass can be transferred to a KeyCard.
If there is some other problem with the ticket, you can get help from our ski pass office.
• Once you have selected your products and proceeded to your cart, in payment methods, choose "Pay with Avios"
• This will prompt a log in on the Finnair Plus page. Please sign in with your membership number* and password*.
• Select whether you want to pay for your purchase with Avios only or combine Avios and cash. The points used to make the purchase will be automatically deducted from your Finnair Plus account.
• Check that your contact details are correct.
• You will shortly receive an email order confirmation from Levi Ski Resort.
If you have forgotten your username or password to the Finnair Plus service, you can change your password here.
*When purchasing with Avios, you will need your email address or your Finnair Plus customer ID (this is your Finnair Plus customer number without the AY prefix and no spaces), and your password.
Start by logging into the online store and navigating to the Wallet in your profile. Add the gift card to your Wallet by entering the gift card code.
The digital gift card is valid for one year from the purchase date and can only be used for purchases in our online store. If the total amount of your purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be used for a future purchase.
If you have received a promo code, start by entering the code in the PROMO field in the online store, which will reveal the discounted products.
Please note that the promo code does not apply to all products, and codes are valid only for a specific time and for certain periods.
