General terms and conditions when booking lift ticket/ski pass and other services on the webstore.
These general conditions apply between Oy Levi Ski Resort Ltd as a provider and the person himself or through others making a booking on the provider's website. The terms and conditions apply for lift ticket/ ski pass, activities and purchase of other products and services. Or a combination thereof.

Subscriber responsibility
Before making the final order, the subscriber shall be read and familiarize himself with important information about the product concerned. The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the purchase is in accordance with his own wishes. The subscriber is also responsible for ensuring that information on the confirmation (only sent as e-mail) is in accordance with the order. If you didn’t receive any confirmation, please check your junk email.
You can also register and login as user via social login (Facebook and Google). When you register using Facebook or Google+ you will be able to use your account with your credentials.
You can always change your personal information by login on to "My page"
Implementation of your order
After having correctly executed the online payment the subscriber will receive a receipt by e-mail. The receipt will contain all the details of the purchase and can be brought to the ski resort. The subscriber is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the recipt information.
The order is not completed and not valid in the following cases:
• Subscriber has not received an email with return receipt or booking confirmation
• Card payment is canceled for various reasons and the payment has failed.
• The payment is not accurate or complete so that the amount is not deducted from the account.
• The reservation has cancelled, and the trade is invalid

Payment
Third party will not have access to subscriber´s personal information or credit card number.
Levi uses a payment solution from Paytrail and subscriber may pay with credit card or with Finnish online banking system. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card invoice and forward the payment to Oy Levi Ski Resort Ltd. In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

Online banking
The payment intermediation service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works like traditional online payment.
Lift ticket/ ski pass

The purchase of a lift ticket/ ski pass requires that the customer has a Skidata Keycard. The Keycard will be recharged by the first pass of a lift gate. The card is personal and has a serial number (eg 01-1614 7200 2500 3445 8000-01) that must be used in the online payment solution of webstore to recharge the Keycard with the desired lift ticket/ ski pass.
Children under 6 years old wearing helmets ski for free when accompanied by an adult with a ski pass.
All lifts in Levi require a valid ski pass or area ticket (Leevilandia area).
Season passes are personal with an image. If used incorrectly, the ski resort has the right to cancel the pass for the season without a refund.
A product or service that has already been purchased cannot be exchanged, changed or canceled except in cases of illness against a medical certificate. More information on the customer's right to a refund here:

Ski rental
We comply with the general terms and conditions for ski rental drawn up by the Finnish Ski Resort Association and the Consumer Ombudsman:

The renter is obliged to provide the information necessary for the adjustment of the binding and to prove his / her identity at the time of the rental. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
The renter is obliged to handle the equipment carefully and in such a way that it is not damaged or lost and is obliged to compensate the damage caused by the loss or damage of the rental equipment according to the fair value.
Rent children's equipment’s from the online store at least 1 day before the rental period starts.

Ski school
We comply with the general terms and conditions for ski schools drawn up by the Finnish Ski Resort Association and the Consumer Ombudsman

It is the customer's responsibility to have the equipment ready at the agreed start time at the agreed place. The customer participates in the class/course at his own risk. The ski school has no obligation to take out insurance for the customer to compensate the skier for the damage caused to himself.
If the customer cancels his participation in the course no later than fourteen days before the start of the course, he is entitled to a full refund of the reservation fee paid in advance.
If the customer cancels their participation in the course less than fourteen days, but no later than twenty-four hours before the start of the course, the ski school has the right to withhold 50% of the prepaid booking fee.
If the customer cancels their participation in the course less than twenty-four hours before the start of the course or does not arrive on time at the agreed starting point, the ski school is not obliged to return the prepaid booking fee.
The booking fee/course fee is = the price of the entire booking/course.
A product or service already purchased cannot be exchanged, changed, or canceled except in cases of illness against a medical certificate.
Brand Store
We offer free shipping in Finland. An unclaimed package or product return is paid by the subscriber. Orders are delivered by Posti Oyj or Oy Matkahuolto Ab. We will ship the products within the next two business days of receiving your order. We will notify the subscriber of any delays. We are not responsible for delays in deliveries independent of the online store.
Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of exchange and return accoring to the Consumer Protection Act. The 14-day return period begins when the customer has received the product. The return period only applies to unused and salable products (product labels affixed, unwashed and unused). We will not accept returns for 14 days after the return period has expired. You can also return the product to our store. Please always notify us of returns in advance by e-mail. In connection with the return provide an order confirmation or other proof showing the payment method of the original transaction. Once the refund is accepted, we will refund the money according to the payment method. A common practice in complaint cases is to repair the product or replace the product with a new one.
When you return products
1. Report the return by e-mail to brandstore@levi.fi
2. The returned product must be unused.
3. Protect returned products well. Use the corresponding package in which the product was delivered, it is the sender's responsibility to keep the product intact during transport.
4. Take the return to the Post / Matkahuolto office and ask for a receipt for the return. The receipt is proof of return.

Loyalty-programme
A purchase of one euro corresponds to one loyalty point. With loyalty points, you can redeem the benefits that appear in your app. The contents, validity periods and other details can be found in the description of each benefit in the Levi Resort app. You can collect points but can’t reclaim benefits from your purchases at Levi Ski Resort's online store.
