Private lesson 1,5h Cross-Country South Slopes

Description
You can book and buy a private 1,5 hours cross-country skiing first-timer level 0 or low-intermediate level 1 lesson (either classic- or skating "free" style technique). Our instructor will provide one-on-one attention and help you work on techniques personalized to your needs at your own pace
CLASSIC CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
First-timers (Green) – Level 0: We introduce the basic skills of classic cross-country skiing, equipment, and trail etiquette. Practice includes balance, gliding, diagonal stride, and the double-poling technique.
Low Intermediate (Blue) – Level 1: We improve foundational skills and work on smoother classic skiing technique. Training includes techniques such as one-step double-poling and uphill/downhill skiing methods.
Recommended for: If you're trying cross-country skiing for the first time, we recommend starting with the classic style. Also suitable if you've skied a bit but still want to strengthen your basic skills.
SKATE SKIING (free technique)
First-timers (Green) – Level 0: We explore skate skiing techniques such as offset skating' V1, open field skating V2, and V2 alternate. We'll develop a balanced, smooth basic technique and good gliding on skis.
Low Intermediate (Blue) – Level 1: We'll practice smoother technique and the use of different skate skiing styles across varying terrain. Training includes balance, body position, proper posture, and rhythm of kicks and poling.
Recommended for you if you're already comfortable with classic skiing and want to explore skate skiing, or if you've tried skate skiing before but would like to strengthen your basic techniques.
Up to 8 people can join the same lesson, provided they all have the same skiing style and skill level.
Please ensure that you select the correct date and available time from the calendar. Also, pay attention to which skiing technique you choose (only one can be selected). Then, add one instructor/ lesson at a time to the shopping cart. (For multi-day bookings, we’ll do our best to keep the same instructor, but this cannot be guaranteed.)
- The personal information section must indicate the participant's skill level. Write notes and wishes for the lesson in the extra information section.
- Please contact the ski school directly via the booking form regarding any special requirements, or if your preferred time slots are no longer available in the calendar.
