Ski School private lessons

BUY PRIVATE SKI SCHOOL LESSONS ONLINE! Private lessons are an effective way to explore a new sport, improve your skills, and gain confidence in skiing and snowboarding. Check out the skill level descriptions. Group courses, descriptions, and dates are available in our webstore.

Lessons are held at:
Front Slopes / Zero Point: October 13 – November 30, 2025 (private lessons only)
South Slopes / South Point: December 1, 2025 – May 2, 2026 (private lessons and group courses)

Private lessons available daily: 
• 50 min (Oct 13 – Nov 2, 2025) on the conveyor lift at Front Slopes
• 40 min for ages 4–6 (Nov 3, 2025 – May 2, 2026)
• 1.5 hours (Nov 3, 2025 – May 2, 2026)
• 3 hours (Feb 9 – Apr 26, 2026)

Book your private lesson at least 5 days in advance!
Lessons in alpine skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing are available in the online store.
If you can’t find a suitable time, skill level, or are looking for private instruction in freestyle/park, telemark, or adaptive skiing, please get in touch with us via the booking form.

Good to know:
• By purchasing in advance, you ensure the availability of the lesson
• The languages ​​of instruction are Finnish and English
• A valid ski pass or Leevilandia area ticket is required during the lesson, depending on skill level (not required for children under 6 wearing a helmet during the lesson)
• Ski school prices do not include equipment rental or ski passes

The reservation fee for a lesson or course equals the full price of the session. Levi Ski School is the only authorized provider of commercial ski instruction at Levi slopes. Instructors can be recognized by their signature blue Levi Ski School uniforms.

Description

You can book and buy a 40-minute private skiing first-timer level 0 lesson for children aged 4-6. This lesson is suitable for children who are coming to ski for the first time, are just starting, or already have some skiing experience. The lesson location is the magic carpet lift on the front slopes next to the Glasier chairlift. A maximum of two children aged 4–6 with the same skiing skill level can participate in the lesson at the same time.

Please make sure that you select the correct date and available time from the calendar. Then, add one instructor/ lesson at a time to the shopping cart. Note for several days of booking, we may not be able to guarantee the same instructor.
- The personal information section must indicate the participant's skill level. Write notes, e.g., children's age, or wishes for the lesson, in the extra information section.
- The child must be 4 years old.
- Please contact the ski school directly via the booking form if you have any special requirements or if there are no longer any available time slots in the calendar.
- Please note that there is limited use of the slope during the early season's preserved snow.

- You are responsible for having the equipment, ski pass, or area ticket ready at the starting point of the lesson at the agreed time.
- An already purchased product cannot be changed or rescheduled.
- During lessons, a magic carpet lift ticket is required (not required for children under 6 wearing a helmet during the lesson)
- Ski school prices do not include equipment rental or ski pass/area pass.
- Equipment needs to be ready / rented before the lesson. Please reserve enough time for equipment rental. Rent equipment from the webstore in advance. We recommend wearing a helmet. The ski rental is located in Zero Point at Front Slopes.
