Ski School private lessons

Private lessons are an effective way to learn a new sport, develop your skill level, and gain confidence in skiing and downhill sports. Book private lessons for yourself, your child, family, friends, or a company event. From the webstore, you can buy and book alpine and snowboarding private lessons. Buy private lessons from webstore no later than 5 days before. You can inquire about possible free times at the ski school office. Private lessons and group courses are organized (2.12. - 3.5.2025) on the south slopes / South Point, and from the beginning of the season (14.10. - 1.12.) on the front slopes / Zero Point. We use Finnish and English as teaching languages. Please familiarize yourself with the ski school's skill levels in advance.

If you cannot find a suitable or free time, or skill level in the webstore calendar or are looking for private lessons for cross-country skiing, telemark, or freestyle skiing, contact us via the booking request form.

You need a valid ski pass or a Leevilandia area ticket for the lesson duration according to your skill level. (does not apply for under 6-year-olds wearing helmets). Please note that ski school prices do not include equipment rental or ski/area tickets.

Private lesson 40 min Alpine South Slopes

Description

You can book and buy a 40-minute private skiing (first-timer or beginner) lesson for children aged 4-6.  The 40-minute lesson is suitable for children who are coming to ski for the first time, are just starting, or already have some skiing experience. The LEEVILANDIA area of ​​the southern slope serves as the teaching location. A maximum of two 4-6-year-old children with the same skiing skill level can be in the class simultaneously.

Make sure that you select the correct date and available time from the calendar. Add one instructor/ lesson at a time to the shopping cart. Note for several days of booking, we may not be able to guarantee the same instructor.
- In the personal information section, the participant's skill level must be indicated.
- The child must be 4 years old.
- Please contact the ski school separately regarding special requirements, or if times are no longer available on the calendar.

Meeting point: At the bottom of the South Point slope 8.4, on snow by the ski school "meeting point" flag. The instructor in the blue uniform asks by name when the lesson starts.

Note

- Please make sure you are on time and at the right meeting place.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee a change of teaching location or a transfer of already purchased time.
- For all ski lifts and in Leevilandia you need a valid ski pass or area ticket during the lesson (does not apply to children 4-5 years old).
- Ski school prices do not include equipment rental or ski pass/area pass.
- Equipment needs to be ready/rented before the lesson. Please reserve enough time for equipment rental.  Rent equipment from the webstore in advance. We recommend wearing a helmet.
- Rentals are located: in South Point / South Slopes and Zero Point / Front Slopes
